How to check the low pressure of diesel generator set?
Diesel generator low voltage external inspection:
1. Check the quality and quantity of oil
For diesel engines with low oil pressure, it is generally necessary to check whether the amount of oil meets the requirements. If the amount of oil is too low, the failure is obvious. If the amount of oil meets the requirements or is too much, carefully observe whether there is diesel oil or water in the oil. If diesel oil is mixed into the oil, the oil becomes thin and the viscosity decreases, resulting in low oil pressure.
2, observe the oil pressure sensor and oil pressure gauge:
Switch on the power supply (do not start the diesel engine at this time) and observe whether the oil pressure gauge pointer moves and returns to the "0" position accurately. If the indicator of the oil pressure gauge does not move or cannot return to 0, it indicates that the oil pressure gauge is faulty, the oil pressure sensor is faulty, or the circuit is faulty.
Homemade straight oil pressure gauge (with 0. 1 ~ 1. 0 mpa barometer restructuring), diesel engine start, if the oil pressure is normal, from direct pressure meter and fault in the list is still in the phase lock circuit, direct pressure gauge pressure is too low, diesel engine and not ring, can be the first oil pressure of diesel engine main oil duct valve and pressure regulating valves on the oil filter debugging, to observe the effect to debug.
