how to maintain gasoline generator

There are many maintenance methods for gasoline generators. When using the generator, the user should maintain and maintain the unit according to the actual situation, usage time and the operating status of the unit.

1. Carry out external cleaning, clean the crankcase after releasing the lubricating oil, and then put the heated lubricating oil on the crankcase.

2. Start the unit, run the empty car for 2-3 minutes, stop and drain the lubricating oil.

3. Drain the fuel from the tank, then drain the fuel from the gasoline filter and carburetor.

4. Take out the spark plug, inject 10ml of lubricating oil and then turn the crankshaft for 3~5 turns, stop pulling until it feels heavy.

5. Coat the uncoated metal surface with industrial vaseline, wrap it with paraffin paper, and then cover the gasoline engine surface with a cloth.

6. The exhaust port is wrapped with oil paper and rope (to prevent the entry of foreign objects and moisture). Electric start motors should have the battery removed and charged. Store in a dry place and charge it once a month, do not leave the battery in a hot or cold place (below 0 or above 30°C)
