The reason why the generator set is difficult to start ?
1.The battery power is insufficient
2. The battery cable and plug are loose.
3. The intermediate relay fails.
4. The oil supply system does not supply oil smoothly; no oil is supplied.
5. The start button and start circuit are in poor contact.
Remedy:
1. Check the battery charge.
2. Check and tighten the battery cable and plug.
3. Check whether the intermediate relay operates normally.
4. Overhaul the starter.
5. Drain the air in the fuel system, clear the pipeline to make the fuel flow smoothly, overhaul the fuel pump, and clean the fuel primary filter.
6. Replace the button and check the starting circuit. The reason for the difficulty of the engine rotation:
Eliminate the reverse method: 1. No oil is sprayed from the fuel injection nozzle (the oil supply is not smooth). 2. Air has penetrated into the fuel system. 3. The fuel injection time of the fuel injection pump is inaccurate or the fuel injection pump is faulty. 4. The position of the governor operating handle is incorrect. 5. Circuit failure of ESC, actuator, speed sensor, etc...
