I. Daily maintenance points
Inspection before operation
Check the appearance of the unit before daily startup oil, pipe interface sealing, gas piping need to use soapy water to detect leakage.
Observe the voltmeter, ammeter and frequency meter to ensure that the voltage fluctuation is ±5% and the frequency deviation is ≤0.5Hz.
Operation monitoring
1. Monitor gas pressure in real time and maintain rated range (e.g. 2-3kPa) to maintain combustion efficiency
2. Record the core parameters such as oil pressure, cooling water temperature, etc., and immediately shut down for troubleshooting in case of abnormality
II. Regular Maintenance Items
Lubrication system (weekly/monthly)
1. Weekly check the oil level (located between the upper and lower scales of the scale), and replace it immediately when impurities or discoloration are found.

Quarterly testing of regulator sensitivity, pipeline corrosion areas sprayed with anti-corrosion coating, serious corrosion sections need to be replaced.
Transmission component adjustment
check the belt tension (deflection ≤15mm), synchronized calibration of valve lash, gas distribution timing and other key mechanical parameters.
IV. Safety Protection Measures
Before overhauling, you must disconnect the negative pole of the battery and wear insulated tools for operation to avoid gas deflagration caused by static electricity.
Establish a maintenance file to record data such as oil replacement cycle, filter cleaning frequency, etc. to realize preventive maintenance.
