1. Oil pump, oil delivery pipe, oil suction pipe and oil pan. The oil pump of the NTA855 diesel engine is a single-stage gear oil pump. About 5% of the pressure oil output by the oil pump will be filtered through the fine filter and returned to the oil pan. The oil pump is installed on the front right side of the diesel engine, below the air compressor, and a pressure regulating valve is installed on the oil pump. Its function is to suck and pressurize the engine oil and send it to various lubrication parts for lubrication. Most of the lubricating oil passages and oil pipes are designed inside the cylinder block and cylinder head. This internal oil passage is not easy to be damaged and leaked, and has good reliability.
2. Oil filter device, including coarse oil filter (full flow filter), fine oil filter (bypass filter), etc., respectively connected in parallel and in series with the main oil passage. It is used to remove various impurities contained in circulating oil to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system.
3. The oil cooling device is the oil cooler. It is used to cool the engine oil to prevent the loss of lubrication due to the high temperature of the engine oil and the decrease of the oil viscosity, causing the diesel engine to fail to work normally. NTA855 diesel engine adopts full flow cooling (FFC) and large cam oil cooler. The oil cooler is composed of a core (composed of many copper tubes with the same diameter and partitions arranged crosswise along the axial direction), a cooler body and a cover. The oil flow is outside the copper pipe and flows up and down around the partition in the axial direction from front to back. Cooling water flows through the pipe from back to front to keep the oil temperature within a certain range. There is a pressure regulating valve in the front bracket of the oil cooler. The pressure regulating valve controls the oil pressure in front of the filter.
4. Oil pressure gauge, oil dipstick, etc. Used to check the working condition of the lubrication system.
